Rob is a Venture Partner at Novo Tellus Capital Partners.

Rob is a private investor, advisor, and an operating executive with more than 25 years of experience in technology ranging from Enterprise Software and Payments to HR Tech, and Communications.  His corporate experience includes senior management roles in companies at different stages of development from private VC-backed startups to Fortune 500 public companies.

In previous appointments, Rob was Chief Marketing Officer of CEB (now Gartner). He was SVP at First Data, and held several executive roles including Head of Global Client Strategy and VP Small Business Marketing at Visa through its IPO. Earlier in his career, Rob launched Siebel System’s (now Oracle) SaaS CRM offering and was an early employee of Salesforce.com. Rob also has experience as CEO and advisor/board director in early/growth stage companies.

Rob holds an B.S. in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
