ABOUT

Diane Gallo is a seasoned executive who has run human resources efforts from Silicon Valley start-ups to Fortune 100 companies over a 30-year corporate career.  Currently consulting, she focuses on leadership development, coaching, facilitating executive team conversations and creating exceptional cultures.

A lifelong learner, one can always find Diane engaged in a new project, book or dialogue about trends in people management, business, consumerism and the post-pandemic workplace. She has a weakness for British crime dramas when time allows and volunteers through her church helping job seekers with resume and interviewing skills.

She is involved with animal rescue programs and is the proud co-parent of two Hungarian Vizslas with her entrepreneur husband of 10 years.

You don't know what you don't know.
