Colleen is an attorney who has practiced law for over 20 years.  Her focus has been on corporate law, but her in-house experience has broadened her field to include litigation, employment and education law among others. She began her career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and spent a decade as Deputy General Counsel at 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc.  She is currently the sole counsel for the School of the New York Times and Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

Colleen has deep ties to charitable endeavors.  Currently she sits on the Ethics Board for USA Weightlifting as well as the National Alumni Leadership Council for Caron Treatment Center.  She has served on the Benefit Outing committee for her alma mater for over 20 years and was a member of the Board of Directors of Smile Farms, Inc.

Colleen lives in NY on Long Island with her thirteen year old daughter, Bridget, and ten year old dog, Gus.  She is a tennis and SoulCycle enthusiast.
