What was your first paying job? Worked in the fashion industry at Lord & Taylor.  What was your favorite college course? Journalism.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? Do what you love and make a difference.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? True leadership is serving a cause greater than yourself.

What is your big idea? Expanding the Forever Homes policy nationwide.  What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Strengthening adoption policies to ensure long-term pet-owner compatibility.  What change would you like to see in the world? A world where all animals are treated humanely.

Jennifer Aniston.  What advice would you give your younger self? Start advocating sooner.  You can always make a bigger difference than you think.  What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? Would have transitioned into animal welfare advocacy earlier.
