Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? My grandfather. What’s the best advice you received growing up? Always do what is right when nobody is watching. What’s the best advice you received in your career? Always adhere to the adult learning theory. Help others grow by showing them two to three ways of doing things. What company or organization do you most admire? Delta Airlines. What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? The birth of my children.

Don’t take life too seriously, learn how to relax and not over-think things. What day in your life would you choose to re-live? Choosing to leave for a business trip when I knew my family needed me.
