Current project: Transforming JLL with digital solutions, enabling team members with human-centered solutions. It's exciting work. Raising my three girls.  What is your greatest fear? Not achieving my dreams.  What natural talent have you neglected? Playing my flute and guitar.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? Beach.

What book have you repeatedly read? The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz.  What movie have you repeatedly watched? Bruised, starring and directed by Halle Berry.  What is the best advice you received growing up? It is okay, when you say it is okay.  What is the best advice you received in your career? Failure is transformational, if you learn from it.  What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Connecting with nature.

What change would you like to see in the world? Kindness and empathy for one another regardless of race, gender, identity, ethnicity or cultural background.  What message do you want to send out into the world? Be patient.  What mega-trend most excites you? Crypto currency.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Crypto currency.

What title would you choose for the movie about your life? I Made It!  What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Viola Davis.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in Heaven? My father.  I was thirteen when he passed away.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A veterinarian.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? I would spend the time with my family, eating a beautiful picnic meal on a tropical island.  What advice would you give your younger self? You are enough.  Despite all of life’s setbacks, you are doing really well.
