Current project: New Orangeburg Wilkinson High School.  Latest accomplishment: Five years completed with Construct South Inc.  Became a business owner.  Latest contribution to others: Serving as a worship leader at Bright City Church.  What’s been your big (or biggest leap)? Starting my own company.   Last book read: Inner Excellence, by Jim Murphy.

Moral compass: The Bible.  How do you define an ideal business relationship? Honest, loyal, transparent.  What is your greatest fear? Failing to be better today than I was yesterday.  What is your guilty pleasure? Peanut M&Ms.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Professional golfer.  What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Food and travel.  I love food and visiting new places, especially those with a deep history.  How do you relieve stress? Meditative walks, playing and writing music.  What is your go-to workout? Anything from Kor4 Elite Fitness.

What was your first paying job? Electrical laborer.  What was your favorite college course? World History or Chemistry.  What’s prominently featured on your home or office wall? My vision board.  Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? My brother.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Lead with your heart. What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? Jesus’s resurrection.  Without it, life wouldn’t be worth living.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field?

Empowering others instead of having power over others.

What mega-trend most excites you? Artificial intelligence.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Artificial intelligence.

What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Glen Powell.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? My grandma that passed away when I was little.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? My dog.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? I would go and visit everyone I loved and then walk and talk with God.  What day in your life would you choose to re-live? The day that I brought my dog home.
