What one word would your closest friend use to describe you? GSD (Get Stuff/Shit Done).  Moral compass: Trust your intuition, you are smarter than you think.  How do you define a perfect friendship? Pick up where you left off no matter what, where or how long it has been.  What is your greatest joy? My immediate and extended family are my greatest source of joy, peace and happiness.

What word or phrase do you use far too often? Love, health, wealth and the time to enjoy them.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? NICU nurses and clinicians.  How do you relieve stress? Walk and Talk.  From a treadmill to the local trails, I’m the one exercising walking and talking it out.  What is your go-to workout? Betty Rocker.

What’s the best advice you received growing up? Treat people how they want to be treated, not how you want to be treated or how you assume they want to be treated.  Lean in, listen, discover, cultivate empathy.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Model, Coach, Care.  What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? Contextual AI will have massive impact.  What is your favorite app? Find My.  

What is your big idea?

Health as whole person care where every human has a personalized care plan for any and all their needs.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Making people’s lives better with technology and innovation.  What change would you like to see in the world? Embrace innovation.  What mega-trend most excites you? Whole Genome Sequencing.

As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A queen.  Then my teacher explained you need to be born to the role and I was devastated.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? Photos and pictures.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? Traveling west and watching the sun set over and over in as many places as possible, with my favorite people.  What advice would you give your younger self? Try, Be, Do YOU.
