Loyalty, honesty, growth, shared values and the ability to sharpen one another through every season of life. How do you define an ideal business relationship? Trust, aligned values, mutual respect and long-term thinking. What is your greatest joy? Watching people step into their God-given potential. What is your greatest fear? Living beneath my calling or failing to fully steward the opportunities God has entrusted to me.

What was your first paying job? Sales. What’s the best advice you received growing up? Who you become matters more than what you achieve. What’s the best advice you received in your career? Focus on creating value and solving problems consistently and opportunities will follow. What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? Artificial intelligence. What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Prayer, quiet thinking, conversations with visionary leaders and studying human behavior.

Helping entrepreneurs build businesses that create freedom and impact without sacrificing faith, family or integrity.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Challenging the belief that success requires burnout, compromise or separation from personal values. What change would you like to see in the world? More leaders operating with integrity, courage, generosity and responsibility in business and culture. What message do you want to send out into the world? Success means little if you lose yourself, your family or your purpose in the process. What widely held belief do you reject? That hustle and constant busyness are the keys to success.

Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? Jesus. As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? An entrepreneur. What advice would you give your younger self? Trust God’s timing, think longer term and stop worrying so much about other people’s opinions.
