How do you define an ideal business relationship? Trust, loyalty, and competency.  What is your greatest joy? Spending time with family.  What is your greatest fear? Not learning.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Medical and real estate professionals. What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? With family and friends.  What is at the top of your bucket list? Travel to as many countries as possible.  How do you relieve stress? Working out.

What was your first paying job? Landscaping in grade school.  What was your favorite college course? Real Estate Appraisal.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Focus more on the relationship than on the transaction. Increase your depth of knowledge of the law.  What is your go-to source of news and information? Multiple outlets to ensure unbiased and a fair, accurate representation.

What is your big idea?

AI is causing a profound impact and transformation, similar to the Industrial Revolution.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Constantly learning new skills, new laws, and providing the best service to clients.  What widely held belief do you reject? That success is mostly determined by talent alone.  What mega-trend most excites you? AI’s impact on jobs.

What title would you choose for the movie about your life? Lucky.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A surgeon.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? With my family and friends.  What advice would you give your younger self? Hold more space for people.  Empathy builds stronger and more lasting relationships.
