Latest contribution to others: Mentoring pharmacy professionals and helping senior care communities improve medication management. What’s been your big (or biggest) leap? Leaving the comfort of traditional pharmacy to build Ultimate Care Rx, my own long-term care pharmacy, from the ground up. Hobbies: Trying new restaurants, spending time with family and discovering hidden gems around Los Angeles.

Trust, honesty, loyalty and laughter. How do you define an ideal business relationship? Mutual respect, transparency and shared success. What is your guilty pleasure? Reality TV after the kids go to bed. What word or phrase do you use far too often? Let’s close the loop on that. What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? Good food and no schedule.
What was your favorite childhood toy or game? Monopoly. Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? The pharmacists and entrepreneurs who showed me healthcare can be both compassionate and innovative. What’s the best advice you received growing up? Treat people the way you want to be treated. What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? Becoming both a business owner and a mother taught me how to lead with resilience and empathy.
What is your big idea?
Long-term care pharmacies should be proactive healthcare partners, not just medication suppliers.
What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Making proactive clinical medication review a standard part of long-term care rather than an add-on, so problems are caught before they reach the resident. What change would you like to see in the world? More compassion and accountability. What message do you want to send out into the world? Success means little unless you bring others with you. What widely held belief do you reject? That work-life balance means giving equal time to everything every day.
How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? At home with my family, laughing around the dinner table. What advice would you give your younger self? Stop waiting until everything feels perfect. Start anyway. What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? None. Every challenge shaped who I am.
