Accountability, honesty and trust.  How do you define an ideal business relationship? Where strengths and weaknesses are complimentary.  What is your greatest joy? Family.  What is your greatest fear? Regret. What is your guilty pleasure? People-watching.  What word do you use far too often? Plethora. What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Anyone who has started their own business.  What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Travel.  What is at the top of your bucket list? To have as few regrets as possible.  How do you relieve stress? Working out; massage, floatation tank.  What is your go-to workout? EMOM (every minute on the minute). What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? An open mind.

To lower the barrier to entry into fitness and increase people’s activity levels.

With my family in Cape Town.  What advice would you give your younger self? You’ll never be criticized by someone doing more than you, you’ll always be criticized by someone doing less.  What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? My late twenties.
