Don’t be afraid of hardships.  I'm smart and strong enough to overcome most difficulties.  What is the best advice you received in your career? Don’t settle or give up on what you really want. Influencing business leaders to have a greater appreciation for diversity of thought.  Future business leaders don’t have to think, look and act in a homogeneous fashion to be successful.  What change would you like to see in the world? Make fascism disappear.  What message do you want to send out into the world? Think less about the self and more about others.  What widely held belief do you reject? Elitism.  What mega-trend most excites you? Increasing knowledge and understanding about human health.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Big Data.
