Recent recognition: Global thought leader for inside sales.  Recent professional development: Completed a year-long personal development program for female executives with Signature Leaders.  Latest accomplishment: Moving to Cloudflare, completing a listening tour with all of the key stakeholders, and developing a corresponding three-year strategy for the organization I lead.  Latest contribution to others: Serving as a mentor for several years to a female colleague at my last company.  Hobbies: Staying fit, dancing, adventure travel, learning Spanish.  Recent travel or adventure: African safari and gorilla trekking - what an amazing adventure!  Last book read: The Elephant Whisperer, by Lawrence Anthony, in preparation for the Africa trip.

What one word would your closest friend use to describe you? Loyal. Moral compass: Does it have integrity?  How do you define a perfect friendship? Loyal, direct, fun, adventurous, relaxed, common interests.  How do you relieve stress? Exercise.  What is your greatest fear? That I will not be able to complete my travel bucket list.  What is at the top of your bucket list? Bhutan. What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Traveling.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? An interesting and intriguing destination.  

What was your first paying job? Bricklayer.  What book have you repeatedly read? The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho.  What’s prominently featured on your home or office wall? Travel photos.  Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? My mentor, Dick Lewis.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? Be independent.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Build a personal board of directors.  What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Taking time to think.  What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? Climate change.  What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? My daughter’s brain tumor.

What change would you like to see in the world?

A more inclusive and diverse world.  It’s good ROI.  

What message do you want to send out into the world? Human beings never fail to prosper when they make good causes.  What widely held belief do you reject? There have always been weather incidents and changes, climate change is not a reality. What mega-trend most excites you? Artificial intelligence.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Climate change.

What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Elle Fanning for my youth, Geena Davis for me today.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? Helena Rubenstein.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A professional dancer.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? My photos.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? At the beach with my family, close friends and my dog, Cuzco.
