Total Body Circuit Training.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? Being near the ocean.

More tolerance and less judgement

What message do you want to send out into the world? It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish that counts.  What mega-trend most excites you? Turki Alalshikh’s ideas and involvement in boxing.

As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? Boxing World Champion.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? My dog, Zino. What advice would you give your younger self? Pick your friends wisely.  What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? My secondary school years.
