Various mentors who support my professional growth. What’s the best advice you received growing up? Don’t shrink to fit; respond to shine. And, you didn’t make me, so you can’t break me. What company or organization do you most admire? Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? Growing up in a city that had the highest murder rate per capita influenced me to not be a product of my environment.

My dad, who helped shaped me into the dedicated and hard-working woman I am. As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A teacher. How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? Lying on the beach in the sun, sipping a lemon drop martini with my husband.
