What drives you professionally? Helping independent doctors succeed and compete and win against corporate healthcare.

Moral compass: The Golden Rule.  How do you define a perfect friendship? Honest, energizing, and rooted in mutual respect.  How do you define an ideal business relationship? Aligned on goals, ownership, and execution.  What is your greatest joy? Seeing my son discover something new.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Teachers.  They shape the future.  What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Travel experiences with family. What is at the top of your bucket list? Visiting China and Japan.

What childhood moment shaped your values most? Knocking on doors for my mom’s real estate business, which taught me hustle, value, and pride.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? You are a creator of your circumstances, not a creature.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Work hard, and have faith it will all work out.  What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? Voice AI.  What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? The COVID-19 pandemic, which reshaped my business approach.

Empower small healthcare practices to outcompete corporate chains.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Making AI tools accessible to independent doctors.  What change would you like to see in the world? Shift from burnout culture to purpose-driven work.  What message do you want to send out into the world? Bet on your vision. Then earn it.  What legacy do you want to leave your for company? Helping good doctors thrive and stay independent.

What superpower would you choose to have?  The ability to pause time – more presence, more progress.  What title would you choose for the movie about your life? Built From Scratch. What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Joseph Gordon-Levitt. After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? A photo album from my dad.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? With my wife and son, on the beach, with good music and wine.  What advice would you give your younger self? Don’t wait for permission.  What day in your life would you choose to re-live? The day I signed our first major customer.
