Creative.  Moral compass: Dedicate yourself to the things you love, and you’ll find success.  How do you define a perfect friendship? One based on trust and mutual benefit.   How do you define an ideal business relationship? One based on trust, loyalty and honest, effective communication.  What is your greatest joy? Creating things that make people’s lives better.  What is your greatest fear? Never taking chances on opportunities that intimidate me.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Architect.  What is at the top of your bucket list? Moving to Texas.

What was your first industry job? I got my start, and my first taste of the industry, working for an established real estate development company.  I was the VP of the company and had a lot of responsibilities off the bat.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Take chances.  What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? I think everyone can appreciate the smart phone, which enables you to effectively do business from anywhere in the world.  What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? I’ve always aimed to create innovative developments to fill gaps in the market.  What message do you want to send out into the world? Don’t be afraid to approach big projects and pitch big ideas.
