What’s been your big (or biggest leap)? Ran for and was elected Chief Judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit, becoming the first female Chief Judge elected with a Seminole County seat. Hobbies: Spending time with my family. I also enjoy reading. Recent travel or adventure: Spain with my wonderful husband for my 25th wedding anniversary. Recently viewed and recommended: Superman.
What one word would your closest friend use to describe you? Loyal. Moral compass: Was justice done? And, do unto others as you would have done unto you. What is your greatest joy? My children. How do you relieve stress? Take a moment to breath and focus on each issue one at time. What is your go-to workout? Running, which clears my head and helps focus on resolving any issues I may have.
What was your favorite college course? Accounting Information Systems. What movie have you repeatedly watched? A Few Good Men. What’s prominently featured on your home or office wall? My degrees in accounting and my board certification certificate in in civil trial. What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? Artificial intelligence, as long as it is fact checked and confirmed.

What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Sandra Bullock. Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? Sandra Day O’Connor. No matter what any individual’s political beliefs may be. As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? I always wanted to be a judge. After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? A book of poetry published by my father that is no longer in publication, it contains two poems my father wrote for me.
