Honest, helpful, teamwork, shared vision.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Doctors.  What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Cycle gear for road biking.  How do you relieve stress? Working out, Muay Thai, cycling long distances. What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? Sunshine.

What was your first paying job? Waitress.  What was your favorite college course? Biology. What was your favorite childhood toy or game? Barbies.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Walk the talk.  No one will listen if they don’t see me doing what I preach.  What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? YouTube.  What is your favorite app? MyFitnessPal.

What is your big idea?

Helping women feel confident, strong, and capable in a world that so often overlooks our contributions and strengths.

What message do you want to send out into the world? Start eating today like you could eat for the rest of your life.  In other words, no crash diets, no avoiding entire food groups.   What mega-trend most excites you? The move toward functional training.

What title would you choose for the movie about your life? Superwoman.  What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Kate Beckinsale.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? An anesthesiologist.  After your loved ones, what object would you first save from your burning home? Pictures of my family.   What advice would you give your younger self? Make the audacious request.
