Strong.  Moral compass:  Always treat people with kindness and respect.  How do you define an ideal business relationship? Trust and reliance on expertise.  What is your greatest joy? Spending quality time with my partner and dogs.  What is your greatest fear? Getting old.  What is your guilty pleasure? Mr. Chow Chinese food on fine china.  What word or phrase do you use far too often? Beyond.  What natural talent have you neglected? Stand-up comedy.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Magazine editor; plastic surgeon.  What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Raising money for my animal charities.  I also invest in personal wellness, e.g., great exercise trainers, acupuncturists, chiropractors, anti-aging and regenerative health services.  What is at the top of your bucket list? Professionally, I’d love to produce my own homeware line.  Personally, the pyramids in Egypt and time in Asia.  What is your go-to workout? Exercise with a personal trainer.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? A great bed.  So far, Cheval Blanc Paris is unsurpassed.

What was your first paying job? I worked at my family’s paper and envelope manufacturing company.  What was your favorite childhood toy or game? I was never a big into games, but I’ve always loved horses.  What movie have you repeatedly watched? Maze Runner and the Joan Rivers documentary, “Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work”.  What’s prominently featured on your home or office wall? A Dan Colen painting, a James Franco autographed headshot and a Curtis Kulig Magic 8 Ball.  Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? My grandparents.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? God doesn’t give us anything we can’t handle.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? You can achieve whatever you set your mind to, so focus.  What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? Uber, Mr. Porter, Seamless.  What is your favorite app? TikTok.  What is your go-to source of news and information? Twitter.  What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Vogue, AD, and design books.  

What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? 

Having dealt with some serious health issues in the past, including multiple major surgeries, my perspective has fundamentally changed: I appreciate how special life is and am so grateful to have my health.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Acting as an advisor to clients and handling all transactions with the utmost discretion. The role of a real estate agent is not about making a quick sale but rather a life-long relationship.  What change would you like to see in the world? An end to homophobia, racism and antisemitism.  What message do you want to send out into the world?  World peace.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Balenciaga. The garbage.

What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life?  Ryan Phillipe.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? My grandfather.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? The mayor.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? I’d host a big dinner party with the best of friends featuring fast food and Diet Coke.  

What advice would you give your younger self? Slow down and save your money.
