Home: Massachusetts.  Age: 51 and proud of it!  The world is not kind to aging women.  We need to normalize it, as everyone will get old. Birthplace: Moscow, Russia (then, USSR).  Organization: Parallel Wireless.  Title: VP, Marketing.  Significant other: My husband, Aramis Jordan.  We met on  match.com eleven years ago.  Languages spoken: Russian and English.

Recent recognition: My team won Marketing team of the Year award by PRNews.  Latest accomplishment: My son passing his road test on his fifth try.  Latest contribution to others: Mentorship of women in South Africa and mentorship program of recent grads at Parallel Wireless.  Hobbies: Reading.  Last book read: Atlas of the Heart, by Brene Brown.  Got it the day it came out and read it in one sitting.

Personality profile: INTJ.  Though many people will be surprised with the “I”.  What one word would your closest friend use to describe you? Loyal.  Moral compass: Do what’s right when no one is watching.  How do you define a perfect friendship? Giving.  How do you define an ideal business relationship? Honest.  What is your greatest joy? My family.

What book have you repeatedly read? Anything Brene Brown.  What movie have you repeatedly watched? Thelma and Louise.  It’s all about loyalty to me.  What is the best advice you received in your career? Don’t be a victim.  Take control of your own destiny.  What is your go-to source of news and information? My husband.  I do not read or watch the news.  What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? My morning pages.  What world event has had the greatest influence on your life?  The fall of the Berlin Wall and the death of Princess Diana.  Sorry, I cheated, that's two.

What is your big idea? Create a company that can help immigrant women realize their full potential.  What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Bring more women into telecom and get more women in telecom into the C-suite.  Right now, it’s only 7%.  What change would you like to see in the world? Stop children suffering.  It pains me to see so much suffering that just doesn’t make sense.  What message do you want to send out into the world? Be kind.

What title would you choose for the movie about your life? From Russia to the C-Suite.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in Heaven? My mother.  I never got the chance to say goodbye.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? With my husband and son.  Eating cakes.  What advice would you give your younger self? It will be OK.  Be patient.  What day in your life would you like to re-live? Any day when my son was little.  We had so much fun.  What period in your life would you do differently if you could? None.  It made me who I am today.  Even my first, very controlling marriage I would leave the way it was.  It gave me my only child.

Personal mission: To help other women realize their full potential.  Personal motto: Everything happens for a reason.  Favorite quote: “There is a special place in hell for women who don't help other women” (Madeleine Albright).
