Straightforward.  Moral compass: I trust my gut.  How do you define an ideal business relationship? Transparent with aligned goals and the same degree of personal investment.  What is your greatest joy? Seeing my boys smile and hearing them laugh

What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Vacations and traveling.  I like to go places, see things, taste food and find adventure.  What is your go-to workout? Anything Peloton

What was your first paying job? Cashier at the local market.  What’s prominently featured on your home or office wall? Books, books and more books.  Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? My grandfather, for his ability to be a kind human and a good businessman, and for championing my education, having come from a culture where education for girls was not prioritized.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? No one has all the answers.  We need to work together to get the answers.  What is your favorite app? Pinterest.  Find stuff, pin-it.  No judgements, no drama.  What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Nature, and more specifically, sunrises and sunsets.  What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? Motherhood.

What is your big idea? Humanizing the workplace.  What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Fostering environments where people can do their best work and feel safe and empowered.  What message do you want to send out into the world? We are all humans and we all add value in different ways.  Appreciate the differences in others and learn from them.  What mega-trend most excites you? Civil, civic and equality movements.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Technology as a substitute for authentic human interaction.

What title would you choose for the movie about your life? Life in Bloom.  What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Salma Hayek.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? The Dalai Lama.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? With my family, on the beach, in the Caribbean, listening to music and enjoying the sunset.  What advice would you give your younger self? Live and appreciate each day.  Embrace the opportunities in your path.  What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? My college undergrad years.
