Personality profile: Energetic and motivational.  How do you define an ideal business relationship? Integrity, communication, teamwork.  What is your greatest joy? The ability to spend time with my family.  What is your greatest fear? The possibility of losing my family. What word or phrase do you use far too often? No doubt.  What natural talent have you neglected? Music.  What is at the top of your bucket list? Travel to Indonesia.  How do you relieve stress? Work out or meditate.

What movie have you repeatedly watched? Remember the Titans.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? My sister.  What’s the best advice you received in your career? Never get satisfied.  Always try to better yourself.  What is your go-to source of news and information? Internet.  What company or organization do you most admire? Feed the Children.  What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? Hurricane Katrina.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field?

Closing the achievement gap of African Americans in today’s society.

What change would you like to see in the world? We all get along and don’t see color. Work together as one.  What message do you want to send out into the world? That hate cannot cure hate, only love can. So please be true to yourself and others.

What title would you choose for the movie about your life? A True Model of Excellence.  What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Denzel Washington.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? My grandparents.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? My father.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? With family ad friends.  What advice would you give your younger self? To never give up.  What day in your life would you choose to re-live? My graduation day, receiving my doctorate.
