Latest accomplishment: Learning how to be a decent golfer.  What’s been your big (or biggest leap)? Launching my own company.  Hobbies: Travel, yoga, skiing, golf; being a hockey mom. Recent travel or adventure: Hiking the exhilarating (and terrifying) Angels Landing trail in Zion National Park, Utah.

Personality profile: Authentic, passionate, driven, disciplined.  What one word would your closest friend use to describe you? Intuitive.  What is your guilty pleasure? Two-hour massages. What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Travel and investing in real estate.  How do you relieve stress? Dripping buckets of sweat in hot yoga.  What is your go-to workout? Strength-training five days a week.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? Outdoor adventure.

What was your favorite college course? Anthropology.  What movie have you repeatedly watched? Good Will Hunting.  What’s prominently featured on your home or office wall? Photos of my two boys and a world map where I pin my travel adventures.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? Just ask.  The worst they can say is “no”, but what if they say “yes”? What company or organization do you most admire? Any company that prioritizes its people. What world event has had the greatest influence on your life? Covid, which simultaneously isolated me yet connected me to loved ones with the gift of time and which changed the trajectory of my career, allowed me to think outside the box and to focus on a purpose I am passionate about. What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? Meeting the love of my life, who has shown me the kind of love I never knew was possible and makes me a better person because of it.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field?

Helping leaders reset company culture to support a balance of work and wellness, resulting in optimal outcomes for all.

What change would you like to see in the world? People prioritizing self-care, de-stigmatizing mental health issues, and menopause being acknowledged in mainstream medicine.  What message do you want to send out into the world? Life is short.  Do that damn thing you have been putting off!  And, life is hard - choose your hard.

Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? My grandmother.  She loved to enjoy life, so she must be throwing the best parties up there!  What advice would you give your younger self? Trust your gut.  What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? College years.  What would you have done differently? I would have focused more on experiential learning through travel.
