Starting skydiving school and building my massage therapy private practice. What consistently motivates your work? Seeing the positive impact that therapeutic touch has on someone’s overall well-being.  Hobbies: Dancing, skydiving, hiking, camping, hot yoga, aerial silks, snowboarding, hot springs.  Recent travel or adventure: Two-week solo exploration throughout New Zealand.

Personality profile: Warm, positive, open, intuitive, loving, approachable.  What one word would your closest friend use to describe you? Magnetic.  How do you define a perfect friendship? Playful, fun, deep trust, lots of laughter, mutual respect, and showing up for each other in every season.  What is your favorite place (or way) to spend money? Investing in wellness experiences. What is at the top of your bucket list? Running full-speed on horseback down a wide-open beach.  How do you relieve stress? Exercise, dancing, journaling, fresh air, and time in nature. What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? Breathtaking nature and unhurried mornings.

What was your favorite college course? Massage for People Living with Cancer and End-of-Life Care.  What was your favorite childhood toy or game? Dance Dance Revolution, Spoons. What’s prominently featured on your home or office wall? Tons of art, photos with my family and friends and travel mementos.  What’s the best advice you received growing up? You always regret the things you don’t do.  What is your favorite app? Activations.  What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Nature, movement and fitness classes, music festivals, spas and wellness events.

Helping more people feel energized, regulated, and fully at home in their bodies.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Normalizing bodywork and recovery as essential components of preventative healthcare.  What change would you like to see in the world? A culture that values rest, nervous system health, and sustainable well-being. What message do you want to send out into the world? Life is meant to be lived fully and well in your body.  Prioritize your well-being.  What widely held belief do you reject? The belief that burnout is a necessary price of success.  What does living fully mean to you? Taking care of your body, staying present for the moments that matter.

Florence Pugh.  Who would you like to spend an evening with, in heaven? My first hospice client.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? Ice cream maker.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? With family and friends, having a dance party and brunch picnic.  What advice would you give your younger self? Trust your path, it’s unfolding exactly as it should.
