Personality profile: Highly Organized Woman.  What is your greatest joy? Watching my children grow and succeed.  What is your greatest fear? That I will miss my flight.  What is your guilty pleasure? Peanut butter M&Ms.  What is your go-to workout? Anything Peloton.  What’s  your perfect Saturday afternoon? A cup of tea, shortbread biscuits and a nap.

What book have you repeatedly read? The Gate to Women’s Country, by Sheri Tepper.  What movie have you repeatedly watched? Wonder Woman.  My license plate is NVSBL JT.  What’s featured prominently on your home or office wall? Photos I’ve taken in Paris.  What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? iPhone.  What is your favorite app? Todoist. What is your go-to source of creative inspiration? Google.  Always Google.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field?

Eliminating the myth that there’s no time for strategic thinking.

What widely held belief do you reject? Telling people to calm down does, in fact, lead them to calm down.  What mega-trend most excites you? Continued digital acceleration.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Climate change and scarcity of resources.

What advice would you give your younger self? It’s okay to be weird.  What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? None.  No regrets.  Where will you be in 20 years? Living on the Île Saint-Louis, in Paris.
