What was your first paying job? Paper route. What book have you repeatedly read? $100M Offers, by Alex Hormozi. Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? My grandfather, who set up a life insurance policy when I was born that helped me buy my very first dental practice. What modern technology innovation do you most appreciate? Voice-to-text. What personal circumstance has had the greatest influence on your life? At the age of 17, doctors told me I might not have long to live because of an abnormality in my chest. That taught me not to live in fear.

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? Getting dentists to invest back into dentistry, to buy and sell practices and help reclaim the field. What widely held belief do you reject? “If you fail at something you probably weren’t met for that particular pursuit.” What mega-trend most concerns you? Corporate entities taking over full industries.
What actor would you choose to play you in the movie about your life? Will Ferrell. As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? An environmental scientist. How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? Fishing with family. What advice would you give your younger self? Relax. Slow down. This is not a race to achievement. What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? In college I would take many more business classes.
