Protective (and that I show up for my people).  Moral compass: Would I want my children treated this way.  What is your greatest joy? The loves of my life, my children, Jameson and McKenna.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Teachers.  The most underappreciated and undercompensated profession out there.  What is at the top of your bucket list? What widely held belief do you reject?

That there is a “perfect balance” of being a mother, wife, individual, and professional.  In fact, there are ebbs and flows based on needs and priorities.  You will know what needs more focus at any moment in time.  Trust your gut; you’ve got this.

What message do you want to send out into the world? Be you, unapologetically.  You will find your people. What mega-trend most excites you? The increasing presence of empathetic leaders, workplace flexibility and focus on the quality of life.  What mega-trend most concerns you? Internet trolls and negativity.  It takes a lot less effort to keep scrolling or be kind.

As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A lawyer.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? Hire a videographer to follow me and my family around to record us making memories. That way, there is something they could look back on with a smile after I’m gone.  What advice would you give your younger self? Trust your intuition, I promise it will rarely fail you.  What period in your life would you do differently, if you could? My twenties.

Personal mission: Spreading joy and kindness wherever I can.  Favorite quote: “You have made it through 100% of your bad days” (Robin Arzon).  Desired epitaph: She lived, she loved, and did both with purpose.  Or, Another One Bites the Dust.  Tough decision.
