Current project: Business founder, husband, father, philanthropy.  Recent recognition: Supported the Cycle for Survival, a fundraising movement dedicated to accelerating research in rare cancers.  Cycle for Survival is presented in partnership by Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK).  Latest contribution to others: Support for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Weill Cornell Medicine and The Children’s Tumor Foundation.  Hobbies: Meditating, surfing and reading.  Last book read: Biocentrism, by Bob Berman and Robert Lanza.  Recent unique acquisition: An autographed tennis ball from John McEnroe, founder of the The Johnny Mac Tennis Project.

Moral compass: IRR = Integrity, Responsibility and Respect.  What is your greatest joy? Learning.  What occupation, other than your own, do you most admire? Doctors.  How do you relieve stress? Meditation.  What ingredient is essential to your perfect vacation? Surfing.

What was your first paying job? An auto detailing business that I started.  What book have you repeatedly read? Grit, by Angela Duckworth.  Besides your parents, who has had the greatest influence on your life? My sister.  What company or organization do you most admire? The Gates Foundation.  

What change are you working on to effect in your profession or field? 

Working on expanding my company, Colbeck Capital Management. 

What widely held belief do you reject? That something is not possible.  What mega-trend most excites you? Blockchain technology.

What title would you choose for the movie about your life? My Way.  As a kid, what did you first want to be when you grew up? A doctor.  How would you choose to spend tomorrow, if you knew it was your last day on earth? With my family at home.  What advice would you give your younger self? Meditate.
